All too often, health-minded living fooders become ultra-focused on diet as the be all and end all. Although nutrition is an essential and powerful ally in the conquest of aging and disease, it alone cannot afford you complete, well-rounded and stable health. We will explore the key components that have validated themselves after my work with hundreds of thousands who either were battling disease or raising their level of well-being. Many perceive the thought of embracing more than one aspect of health- building to be an overwhelming proposition. What has become a revelation to me is that each of the seven major attributes in creating competence systematically affects the others, making each much easier to adapt and utilize.
